CUVÉE SOLÉRA EXTRA-BRUT
This cuvée is made from 11 years of harvest (2007 to 2017), each year we vinify and age our coeur de cuvée of chardonnay in a single barrel for 10 months.
We then let it age in a concrete and clay ovum and renew each year part of the wine in the ovum.
Dosage: 2 g/L
Production is limited to 320 bottles.
