In 2018, we have selected the heart of the cuvée from our best bunches of meunier grapes to vinify and age for 10 months in oak barrels.
Malolactic fermentation was blocked in order to preserve the freshness and youthfulness of the wine and then reach its fullness during a 3-year cellar ageing.
A limited production of 964 bottles
Intense and greedy on the nose, followed by a tangy, pure and mineral palate. Enhanced by aromas of English candy and wild berries.
An ideal champagne to enjoy with a dozen oysters or wild prawns marinated in citrus fruits.
