In 2018, we selected the heart of the cuvée from our best Pinot grapes to vinify and mature for 10 months in oak barrels.

It undergoes malolactic fermentation before reaching its full potential with 5 years’ cellar ageing.

Dosage: 3g/L

Production limited to 664 bottles.

Tasting note

Intense, greedy nose, followed by toasty notes, raspberry, red cherry, mineral notes and a touch of spice.

An ideal champagne to enjoy with mushroom risotto or guinea fowl supreme with morel mushrooms.
