Cuvée Millésime Blanc de Blancs 2015

The 2015 vintage reflects our commitment to excellence. Pure Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs is made from selected grapes harvested at over-ripeness from a single plot, ‘Les Beaux-Regards’.

We chose not to allow malolactic fermentation to take place in order to preserve this exceptional champagne for as long as possible. Alcoholic fermentation took place slowly, in barrels, before the wine was matured for over ten months.

Aged in the cellar for 9 years, it has a wealth of woody aromas, toasted hazelnuts, citrus fruit and honey, and excellent ageing potential.
