A passion and respect for the earth and a love of the wine are values that were transmitted to me by my grandfather, then my father, to whom I am very close, since my childhood.

I remember, as though it was yesterday, the day that I was allowed, for the first time of my life, to dip my lips into a glass of champagne.

I remember the intense pleasure that this magical instant gave me , when I felt the delicacy of the bubbles fondling my taste buds and it was then that I finally understood the sense of the word « aroma »…..

It was at this instant, I am sure of it, that I realised the path my career would take - Winegrower/maker!
