Ratafia is a blend of the must (grape juice) and distilled alcohol aged in oak barrels.
It is during the course of several years in barrels that Ratafia acquires its roundness and amber colour.
Appreciated by all, it is best savoured chilled. It can accompany foie gras, melon, cheeses, parsley based pastas, chocolate desserts...
